„Can’t stay again on 2nd floor“
+Location price
−No elevators to 2nd floor carried luggage up and down stairs Inconveniently. Breakfast was so/so. Shower. No water pressure taking showers. Sink had more pressure

„Unsanitary condition“
−Shit stains in the toilet, stained towels. From the start of our stay, the bathroom was in an unsanitary condition. The toilet had shit stains on it. My wife is pregnant, so cleanliness matters even more to us. I reported it to the front desk and asked about a refund. They told me they could clean the room the next day, and one staff member even suggested that I clean the stain myself because nobody was there to do it. The next day they cleaned the shit stains, but offered no refund or any compensation. I also called the general manager and the assistant manager, and neither of them answered the phone. When I checked the towels, they had yellowish stains, and one of them had a wet stain that looked like snot. A warning to future guests: check your towels carefully before you use them, and look at the inside of the folds, not just the outside. Cleanliness is the minimum for a hotel, and this one did not meet it. I would not stay here again.

+It's a well-lit room. Breakfast didn't have many options, but it was good, especially since it was included in the room rate.
