−a member of the housekeeping staff shouted "Housekeeping" and immediately opened the door to my room without waiting for a response. At the time, I had not yet checked out and was undressed in the room. This was a significant invasion of privacy and caused me considerable discomfort. I previously contacted both the general hotel email and housekeeping management regarding this matter but have not received any response. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of my complaint and an explanation of any measures being taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
