+We didn't eat breakfast. Location was great. We loved walking everywhere.
−The rooms should have a larger tv. Staff was not very friendly, with the exception of Housekeeping, she was very nice and very helpful.

„We had a relaxing, comfortable, carefree stay“
+Right in the heart of Capitola. Free street parking pass. Back room probably more quiet than the front but the bands stop at around 10. No bands on Wednesday. The bed was comfortable. I slept in passed 7 which is not normal do me.. The folks were very helpful, arranging the Shadowbrook taxi for us. It’s a steep hill that we managed in the past but having the taxi was a blessing. They also tracked down a local market for us that sold the coffee they served for breakfast. Very pleasant people.

„Fun stay in the cute village“
+I like that it was located in the village you can park and pretty much walk everywhere. That is also why I didn’t like my stay parking was tricky when we got there the village was so crowded. But once it slowed down we were able to park closer. Also it’s pretty loud on a Saturday night didn’t bother us but I can see how it might bother lighter sleepers.

„Great location - too noisy for a good nights sleep“
+Location is great close to shopping ..restaurants and the beach
−Window overlooked street which made for a lot of noise..all the delivery trucks stopping for the restaurants at 3 am and unloading woke us up every night - keep in mind windows are open because there is no air conditioning so you need the window and fan on

„A very nice getaway“
+Located in the center of the village, close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and let us check in early. They offered to arrange a free shuttle to the Shadowbrook. Secured garage parking worked well as parking in town is a challenge.

+Location
−Bathroom small, our room was noisy facing the street. I’d stay here again if we got a room in the back.
