„Great water park and food, but ruined by freezing rooms, relentless upselling, and poor queue management.“
+The food options were great with plenty of variety, and the water park was definitely the highlight of the stay for us.
−Unfortunately, several issues made the stay frustrating. The in-room phone was completely non-functional, and the AC was freezing cold the thermostat is an outdated analog dial with no clear way to set a comfortable temperature or turn it off. The relentless upselling was the most annoying part. From constant upgrade pitches at check-in, to selling $ trident add-ons at the aquarium, to staff actively approaching our kids to push fair-style games and extra rides while walking around, it felt overly commercialized. Service was also a struggle. Queue cutting was ignored at check-out (a guest walked right up and was served ahead of me just as it was my turn), and there seemed to be only one person staffing the concierge desk for the entire hotel, leading to long waits.

„An unforgettable stay where everything was exceptional, and leaving was the only downside.“
+An exceptional stay from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the facilities are impressive, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything came together to make it a memorable experience
−Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was having to leave. Atlantis has set the bar so high that my next hotel is going to need a very good excuse

+The lifeguards at the water park are very alert and attentive, and they smile at the children,it is a pleasure to see. The housekeeper always tidied the room and cleaned it thoroughly.
−This was our fourth time at the hotel; we visit Dubai several times a year and have stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time we encountered antisemitism, specifically from a receptionist named Sulaiman, and it completely ruined the experience for us. We arrived from Abu Dhabi around 1:00 PM but didn't get our room until 4:30 PM; the check-in process was long and exhausting. The representative left us standing at the reception desk for hours, with nowhere to sit, as the lobby is under renovation, and his attitude toward us was appalling. We expected better treatment, especially as returning guests. We had requested a standard room, but he deliberately assigned us one in the far wing,an area we didn't want, and laughed in our faces. When we went back to him, he displayed a lack of respect and professionalism; he intentionally delayed us, walking away for long periods even though he saw us standing there waiting for him. The worst part was when a woman approached the other side of his station; he immediately turned to her, asked how he could help, and directed her to the clerk next to him,all while completely ignoring us, despite the fact that we had been standing there for an ho
