„Convenient hotel but expensive for the quality. Dated rooms and decor and visible areas require main“
+The location was good for getting into town and to the hospital which was the main reason for staying.
−The room we checked into had curtains hanging off that didn’t close. We were relocated to another room on the same floor. The hotel generally could do with some maintenance.

+Good location pre Heathrow flight. Free parking. Despite initial concern turned out to be all OK
−A bit run down. Not sure how often it occurs but passed out person in corridor on way to room after check in was a bit off putting

−The facilities, for instance, the dry sauna, leave much to be desired: it is quite dirty, the entrance door does not close properly, and the temperature never exceeded 60°C,in short, it is ineffective.

„Ok for a few days.“
+Very comfortable bed with powerful shower over bath.
−Dated furniture in room. Shower curtain in bath (personal dislike of mine). No breakfast included with price of stay which was disappointing.

+Front of house staff were friendly and professional. Bedroom was clean and well proportioned. We had a good overall experience.
−The breakfast was pretty average - there were no bowls or serving spoons. It was pretty shoddily done. We had to wait for half of the food to turn up.
