+Staff was friendly and the room was spacious & nice. Like other reviewers noted, the front room facing the street was loud due to traffic noises. There’s a cute restaurant next to the hotel.

+The staff were friendly enough, but the management of the hotel was lacking in basic planning and customer service protocols. There is no safe, and there are no bedside reading lights. After check-in they tell you “by the way” the restaurant downstairs will have noisy events “only until 1:30 or 2:00” on Friday and Saturday nights. Although street noise is to be expected for a ‘city view’ room in a huge city like Lima. the restaurant noise was terrible. The room floor was extremely dirty (you don’t want to see the picture of our feet after walking from the shower to the bed) , this was still the case after we asked for the floor to be swept. The hotel asks that you do not flush toilet paper, but they don’t empty the toilet paper trash cans unless you sp
