“Not the same as it was the first time here....”
+We were coming through Hamburg again to show our son the Miniatur Wunderland train layout and decided to stay here again since we had such a nice time before. I made reservations months ahead and asked for the same room we had the last time, which was the big suite that was more than big enough for three people. I was told that I could have that room without a problem. When we arrived, we didn't that room. We received a small room upstairs that really wasn't big enough for three people. Went to eat dinner downstairs, which was very good as it always was with good service. Went up to our room through the door that leads from the restaurant to the rooms, changed into warmer clothes, and went back down to the restaurant and exited the building to go on a walk. This was where we were accosted by the young chef, who told us that this entrance was for restaurant guests only and that we had to go down two flights of stairs and exit through the back, then walk up the hill back to the front. I thought we had just eaten at the restaurant and were paying for a room also. What does it matter? it wasn't like the restaurant was packed and there were people standing at the entrance waiting to get

“Mooie plek, weinig hartelijke ontvangst”
