“Great place but horrible service”
+The quality of the apartment, the beautiful terrace, and the view
−The staff were really disrespectful and uncourteous to me in person and over the phone. They have zero customer service and communication skills. Each time I talked to them it was like I was a burden. Don't work in this industry if you can't talk and deal with people. All we wanted was to leave our bags at the accommodation before check-in and after check-out (nothing extraordinary)

“Amazing value for the price”
+Looked almost brand new, spacious room and shared kitchen with everything you need, very nice terrace with a mountain view. Super comfy mattress, we had a great sleep.
−If you have a lot of luggage it may be a bit of an effort because you can only access the house on foot using stairs (not a long way up, though). Finding a parking spot may also take some time because you’re only limited to a crowded street, yet we were lucky enough to find a spot close to the apartment late at night.

−Ajung mai greu uberurile, dar e ok totusi. Nu exista parcare, fiind o zona cu strazi inguste. Nu e vina proprietarului. Avantajele compenseaza aceat lucru.

+L’appartamento è esattamente come appare nelle foto: ristrutturato, pulito e accogliente, minimalista ma arredato con gusto. La cucina, in comune con gli altri ospiti, è spaziosa e comoda. É situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro di Brasov (circa 15 minuti a piedi). Non c’è un parcheggio privato se viaggiate in auto ma non abbiamo avuto problemi nel trovare posti liberi nelle immediate vicinanze. Il punto di forza è senz’altro la vista pazzesca sul verde, a cui viene resa giustizia dalle ampie finestre situate nelle camere (quantomeno dalla nostra al primo piano visto montagna). L’host anche si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto sommato il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo.
−Suggerirei forse di migliorare un po’ i comfort della stanza, ad esempio migliorando la qualità dei cuscini che erano praticamente inesistenti o disporre la stanza di una coppia di cuscini di scorta come accade di consueto. Inoltre, essendo una struttura dotata di spazi comuni, e chiaramente non dotata di stanze insonorizzate, avrei gradito una maggiore sensibilizzazione da parte dell’host al rispetto reciproco tra gli ospiti. Purtroppo però questo ha più a che fare col senso civico e il rispetto delle norme di convivenza che dovrebbero essere scontati.
