“Best things was the comfortable bed ( most places seem to be having hard beds now). Also good locati”
+Good location. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure and heat in shower. Friendly staff.
−Breakfast is just a few rolls and a coffee and juice/water. 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, but not much could be done about that. People booking need to be aware in case it is an issue

“Charming accommodations in the heart of the city”
+Excellent location close to the center and walking distance to all attractions and 3 minute walk from the bus that comes from PMO. Sergio our host, made the stay most enjoyable, always available to assist in helping with recommendations . Would recommend to friends and would stay here again!
−Not necessarily negative, but the property is on the second floor with a few flights of stairs, so we would get some good exercise in daily. Not a problem at all with bags as someone (and a special “elevator”) there to take them up.

+Perfect location, can walk everywhere and it is close to all the major landmarks, and tons of great restaurants. You'd think it is in a noisy street (there were bars with music playing on the weekend later), however the room has amazing insulation from noise and we heard nothing. They even let us checkin well before check-in time which was a great service as we had been flying all night and got in early and were exhausted. Breakfast is included at the cafe right at the base of this hotel...it is fine, nothing special but does the trick each morning before we set off exploring.

+I had the best night sleep. Matres and pillows are very comfortable and hardly any noise in the evening. Although, they do provide ear plugs with we did not use. Location is also good, right in the middle of Palermo.
−Be aware parking can be challenging and this has nothing to do with the property. The property is great but if you are driving make sure you arrive before 1800 to find parking in the area. Alternatively, find a proper parking to avoid stressful driving around the narrow streets of Palermo.
