“We had to pay for a decent hotel immediately”
+Location
−Is not a hotel. Is an Apartment divided. No fridge in the rooms. Sharing one kitchen with unknown guests. NO AC WHATSOEVER.

“Great location & staff. Overall good”
+Location and staff were great! Comfortable, clean and they replaced our towels
−Only downside is after we had returned back from our day trip, we came in to find our fan was missing and balcony door wide open. Thankfully we were on a top floor. But staff replaced the fan later that night due to our AC being out. We appreciate the effort.

“Great location in Navigli, but unexpected cleaning fees ruin the value.”
+Great location, really close to the metro station and in the heart of Navigli. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightlife right around the corner.
−The nightly rate was already quite expensive, but at the end we were charged a ridiculous extra cleaning fee. It’s listed like a hotel, but they charge hidden cleaning fees like an Airbnb.

+The metro station was 3 minutes away from the apartment, that was very convenient. The apartment was clean and the staff polite.
−There wasn’t a fridge inside the room which was very uncommon and made things a bit hard for us.

“Basic, but comfortable stay in a great location!”
+Fantastic location in the heart of Naviglio, right next to lots of great restaurants and within minutes from a metro station to reach the Duomo in 10-12 minutes.
−We found the check in process difficult as the hotel is not signed too clearly and there are no instructions on how to ring reception in order to receive the keys.
