“I did not like it”
+Nice pillows.
−We booked the top floor apartment with jacuzzi - some thoughts: 1.Even though I filtered my room as "breakfest included" and booked it as such, it turned out it was not included. Even the receptionist said this is not the first time it happens that people are surprised. Breakfest for a 3 night stay=100 euros. Reccomend to go outside the hotel and eat locally. 2.Jacuzzi - not cleaned, sand inside. Terrace bed - a bird poop not cleaned. Basically terrace furniture was dirty with stains. Shower - it looked like someone forgot to finish the renovation. When you entered the apartment it smelled from the cleaning products. We could not get rid of it througout the whole stay. No tea, only a couple of instant coffees. Thin walls - we could hear people talking and singing behind the wall. We could hear everything happening on the hall even though we closed the bedroom doors. Impossible to have a late morning stay in bed or falling asleep. 3.You have to enter & exit through the lobby which smells of chlorine because just under there is a swimming pool. We stayed 3 nights and, to be honest, I expected more from this place as this was not a cheap stay. Not reccomending it.

“Beautiful, friendly & amazing stay!”
+We liked everything about our stay! It was truly amazing. Absolutely everything was good: the rooms were nice, all the swimming pools were beautiful and the food was excellent! The staff were all very friendly. Our children, aged 6 and 8, had a great time and so did we. We had a wonderful stay. The beach was nearby and we could easily park our rental car. From the resort you can easily make day trips to discover the Island. We highly recommend this resort.

“Kein 4-Sterne-Niveau: Handtücher vor meinem Sohn aus der Hand gerissen - und das Hotel ließ uns nicht gehen”

−Am Pool wollte ich unsere zwei Pool-Handtücher umtauschen. Der Poolmitarbeiter riss sie mir aus der Hand und sagte, ich solle keine Handtücher stehlen, vor anderen Gästen und vor meinem Sohn. Mein Sohn war erschrocken und sehr verletzt. Seinen Namen wollte der Mitarbeiter nicht nennen. Das erste Zimmer lag zur Straße und war sehr laut. Das Ersatzzimmer lag ebenfalls zur Straße. Ab der Nacht zum 7. Oktober gab es lautes Stampfen aus dem Zimmer über uns; die Nachtrezeptionistin kam und hörte es selbst. Die Zimmerreinigung war schlecht: An manchen Tagen wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt, es wurden nur die Handtücher gewechselt. Für den Zimmersafe wollte das Hotel eine Zusatzgebühr - wir haben abgelehnt und ihn nicht genutzt. Beim Zimmerwechsel weigerte sich der Rezeptionist, uns zu helfen. Der Speisesaal war völlig überfüllt, und für so viele Gäste gab es viel zu wenig Personal. An den Kaffeemaschinen bildeten sich lange Schlangen, sie reichten für die Menge an Gästen nicht aus. Das Frühstück war nicht frisch. Nach alldem wollten wir in ein anderes Hotel wechseln und hatten angeboten, die bereits verbrachten Nächte zu bezahlen. “Buen resort pero hay opciones mejores en Mallorca”

−Limpieza mejorable: la habitación estaba sucia con parte del equipamiento roto Está lejos de la playa: aunque las instalaciones son geniales hay otros resorts que ofrecen lo mismo, a precio similar, y cerca de la playa No hay turismo nacional (horarios para extranjeros: piscina cierra a las 6pm, cenas a las 10)

−Accueil médiocre , service à la personne minable notamment de la part des réceptionnistes Le personnels du restaurant et les animateurs étaient au top. Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas bien installation trop vieille ou pas assez puissante Des moustiques dans les pièces, rien n a été fait pour éviter cela… mettre de la citronnelle par exemple Mon enfant avait de nouvelles piqures tous les soirs…. Les nuits étaient vraiment pénibles Matelas de mauvaise qualité,on s enfonce dedans…

+De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, meerdere zwembaden, de kindvriendelijkheid
−De airco, die koelt niet hoe hij zou moeten (wat wl jammer is met een klein kindje). Echt koel krijg je de kamer niet echt. Ook de temperatuur van de douchekop gaat van koud naar extreem heet wat gevaarlijk is met een klein kind.
