+The location was very convenient, and the accommodation was clean and well maintained. The shared bathroom was also very clean and kept in good condition. Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend the accommodation. The points mentioned below are mainly areas for improvement and should not discourage others from considering this property.
−The reservation was clearly made for 3 adults and 2 children. Although there were sufficient sleeping arrangements for all five guests, only three pillows were provided. Since the total number of guests had been declared and confirmed at the time of booking, the accommodation should have been properly prepared for five people. Otherwise, bookings for more than three guests should not be accepted. The landlord also placed excessive emphasis on the house rules and communicated them in a rather patronising manner, as though we were children or guests who could not be trusted to understand basic expectations. We found this unnecessary and somewhat uncomfortable, particularly as we had booked the accommodation in good faith and fully intended to respect the property and its rules. The washing machine was also not available for our use. This was disappointing, particularly since it was physically present at the property and visible in the accommodation photos, giving the reasonable impression that it formed part of the facilities available to guests.

+Mi piaciuto posicione era perfetta,
−Cucina con un rubinetto che sta cercando l'idraulico perche sta morendo, doccia con una mano devi reggere un mano devi lavare perché l'idraulico a Zadar non esiste mi sembra.

+Місце розташування хороше щоб погуляти та побачити архітектуру, але далеко до пляжу (20-30хв)
−Домовлялися з власник що маємо йому повідомити за 15- 20хв про свій приїзд, але коли ми дзвонили і писали відповіді не було протягом 30-40хв ми були вже на місці коли власник нарешті підняв телефон і сказав що буде через 20хв. Він забув про нас. Кондиціонер який працював дуже голосно, брудні стіні, та мало місця для речей, тому що в шафах зроблені замки і вони закриті. Підїзд дуже бридкий і брудний. Одяг який сушився на вулиці на сушці завжди перекидували на інші сушки але власник показав яка наша.
