“The manager's rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful attitude turned an already disappointing stay into a frustrating e”
+Rating: 1/10 - Extremely Disappointing Stay We traveled from the UAE as a family of 3 adults and 4 children, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We booked a Quadruple Room and a Family Room, but upon arrival we discovered there was no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor using the stairs with four children. When we finally reached the room, the air conditioner was not working. The hotel changed our room, but the replacement was smaller and less comfortable than what we had booked. Despite paying for better rooms, no refund, compensation, or apology was offered. The facilities were also disappointing. The hotel could not provide extra pillows or blankets when requested. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and did not meet our expectations. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or service it advertises. The biggest disappointment was the manager. Instead of resolving issues professionally, he made our stay even more stressful. At checkout, he demanded USD 100 for a small piece of damaged wallpaper, which we felt was excessive and handled in an unfair and unprofessional manner. The only positive experience
