+The staff were amazing. The room was extremely comfortable. The public baths were perfect after a long day. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel as a splash of luxury.

+The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel also has several excellent onsen, which I really enjoyed.
−While driving toward the hotel, I realized it wasn't close to anything, but I didn't plan to go out that evening anyway.

“Lovely, I had dinner and breakfast included. Would recommend.”
+Impressed! Lovely touches and rich textures. Fresh flowers and decorative art make it more personal. The bath area nice and comfortable.
−I thought the bed and pillows too hard but that has been the case at every Japanese hotel so far. But as I was leaving I noticed that they had different firmness of pillows and even body pillows! Beware you can hear people walking in hallways but most people are very considerate. Oh the free phone call from the train station was confusing as to the correct local number and I had to use 10 yen coins to call but once I figured it out they explained where to go and I got picked up in five minutes

−A little all over the place. Set meals were not as good as other places. Also aside from the fifth floor onsen which rotates between days between male and female the others were nothing to write home about.
