+The man at the reception was an angel! I arrived so tired after having to do my visa and wait for 3hours at the immigration. He let me stay and rest, helped me to carry my bags. Thank you so much! That was all of immense kindness - comfy beds - good air conditioning system - good wifi - kitchen available

“Delayed checkin for 3 Hours due to Receptionist Attitude”
+As you are located so close to International Airport, please have an English Speaking receptionist at your hotel. I had a tough time, dealing with the receptionist (a teenage boy) who made my check-in process very complicated & delayed it. I had specifically asked a day before, if I can pay via Visa or MC. After I arrived, I was forced to pay through Cash only. He was not able to use your Booking.com portal, and wasn't able to understand anything in your website. Another passerby had to come & explain me in English. My checking got delayed for 3 hours, ultimately I had to go Airport and change money. Also there were leftovers in the Fridge, Heating wasn't working and the Kettle was broken. Everything else was decent, but please work on the receptionist, the boy has a lot of attitude problem.

“A COZY PLACE TO STAY.”
+It's has a 4* hotel ambience. Everything is good 👍.The staff are generous and friendly. We booked for a room with shared toilet for 1 day but they let us stay in room with own bathroom and it's very nice. We extended our stay for 2 more nights until our flight.😉😉😉
−Because of the glass door sound is coming in the room, but it,s not bothering.

“Convenient for an early flight”
+The airport is within a short walk distance, which was very convenient for an early flight. There is a supermarket nearby. The hostel is rather clean. We asked for a hairdryer and a coffe which was provided. There is also tea and hot water for guests.
−The room didn't have a window! That was quite a shock... This is not true that the property accepts cash payments, we were told twice that the terminal does not work and asked to go to the airport to look for an ATM... It was quite loud at the corridor until late evening, some people kept the door open (in their no-window rooms) and played music. Towels are not included.
