“The rooms here are small but thoughtfully laid out. Great location easy to get to all the things in the Seaport and righ”
+Modern, clean and great location
−Nothing other than my shower leaked so I felt bad having to use towels to mop it up.

“Nice for one persons on a quick business trip.”
+The rooms were pretty, very clean and the bed was comfortable.
−Small labeling of amenities like the heated towel rack. The lighting was hard to work and there should be instructions on how the bed and shower work in a more accessible area. No mini-fridge.

“You’re paying for the location not for comfort.”
+Very good location for a stay before or after a cruise
−The room with a queen bed was spacious and could easily accommodate 2 comfortable chairs and a small table instead of the single hard, cold wooden kitchen chair that was provided. A coffee/tea station was sorely missed as well. I could not sit on the relatively short bed that could incline as a cold rail hit me in the back of my legs and my feet couldn’t reach the floor.

“A unique experience that is better suited for short stays with minimal luggage.”
+staff was very friendly and accommodating. And when we asked for a coffee maker(!!) and decaf coffee they brought it which was appreciated. Also the folding bed was very comfortable.
−40 dollar resort fee was crazy. Also there was no coffee maker in the room. I get they are trying to economize use of space but Nespresso has a very slim model with pods that would work really well there.

“great location for a one night stay”
+Modern clean room, comfortable bed, great shower
−No coffee maker in the room, although the hotel did supply when when we requested it. The rooftop restaurant was overpriced
