“Not worth the money.”

−It’s a room inside a garage setup. The room was not clean enough, there were ants. The towels were dirty(as in yellow colour). One of the worst properties that I ever stayed.

+The views of the sea
−Location - it’s in the middle of nowhere! Had to order Ubers to get to a decent beach area with facilities and a beach front restaurant as the beach area nearest the property is a 15 minute walk away and it only has a small bar offering basic drinks but no toilets plus they charge €20 for a sun lounger. Lagos centre wasn’t walkable for me as it takes about 45 minutes so we had to pay for taxis there and back. Also there isn’t anyone at the property if you have any questions. We had no hot water because the woman who gave us our room key forgot to explain that you need to plug in a plug to get hot water! Also, the kitchen was poorly stocked, very few utensils and only one wine glass! Really would not recommend this place, it’s very dated.

+Lokalizacja z dala od miejskiego zgiełku, jednak w miarę niedaleko centrum (30-40minut spacerem). Przystanek autobusowy pod obiektem. Do plaży 5minit drogi. Pokój i łazienka duże, przestronne, dużo miejsca do przechowywania, lodówka w pokoju. Zadbany basen.
−Check-in wymagał telefonicznego kontaktu z hostem (przed przyjazdem nie zostały przekazane wskazówki zameldowania, kod dostępu itp.). Brak instrukcji check-out. Pokój i lazienka byly dość czyste, jednak sprawiały wrażenie zaniedbania. Letnia kuchnia poza głównym budynkiem - okropnie brudna i zaniedbana. Brak klimatyzacji.

+La struttura è ideale per chi cerca un ambiente semplice, vecchio stile, romantico, informale e tranquillo. La stanza è ampia, luminosa e confortevole con uno spazio anche esterno incantevole. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e pronta a risolvere un nostro piccolo problema. Unico piccolo appunto è nella manutenzione che pecca di alcuni piccoli interventi anche se non fondamentali ( come la rubinetteria della doccia). Nel complesso se dovessi dare un voto per il nostro soggiorno qui è tra l' 8 e il 9.

−Colchões péssimos; não existia uma persiana/ cortina opaca para evitar acordar com o sol ao amanhecer; conseguia-se ouvir os barulhos do quarto ao lado; diz que havia máquina de café e não havia; e formigas por todo o lado. Para além disso tudo, não havia nem uma TV e A/C. No momento que referi isso aos responsáveis, disseram que foi por escolha de uma opção económica. Acho que ser económico e degradante são realidades diferentes.

“Leuk huis, goede locatie maar wat onderhoud nodig”
+We vonden het zwembad heel fijn, het balkon en het uitzicht waren geweldig. De locatie is super, alles is dichtbij!
−De ‘keuken’ is best vies en oud, je kunt er niet koken. Het is alleen voor koffie of thee goed. De badkamer was oke, niet erg groot of overdreven schoon. In het algemeen kan het huis een opknap beurt gebruiken.

−Muy poca luz en la habitación y en el baño. El baño, estaba tal cual te lo entregan de obra, sin un solo mueble ni un triste colgador para una toalla . Me puse en contacto con el alojamiento mediante el chat de Booking para pedir la wifi y no me han contestado. Hemos pasado todas las vacaciones sin wifi. Tampoco había perchas en el armario.
