+The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Conwy with free secure parking. The room was pristine and had everything we could have needed for our stay and more. The staff were so welcoming and the food was delicious

+We traveled 5 weeks and this was our favorite place to stay. Restaurant bar super! Breakfast outstanding! We’d live there if our our grandkids weren’t in the U.S.

“Great Place”
+This is a really great place, convenient, good quality, someone has put a lot of thought into the design. Food is Good - and could be great. Breakfast really good & choice of ales & wines good. Rooms were really well thought through with some lovely touches but let down by very average quality bed linen & pillows that had seen better days, one wasn’t enough & 2 too many. En suite was lovely but again let down by needing a deep clean. Didn’t quite get the resident thing right - no where to sit and gave a drink before dinner although knew we were residents - Would however defo give it a 2nd chance next time we are in beautiful Conwy.

+Many positives and the only reason I am scoring 3/5 overall is that the mattresses need to be seriously upgraded. Room 5 mattress was brutal… hard… springs pressing in your back/side. Not a good sleep.
