“Warm and aticky”
+Clean, staff
−You cannot adjust the room temperature. It is set to high, every night it was very warm in the room but they could not adjust it. It is very unlikely we would stay in the Wyndham hotels again in China due to this.

“Weekend in Qingdao”
+The hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating. They even provide a cage and food bowls. (I took my own with anyway). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good western food. The location is close to a major shopping center. The gardens, gym and pool is fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a nice city view. The gardens are nice for walks with my dog.
−I had to pay ¥300 at checkin, for deep cleaning to be done once we left because I had my pet with me. This is not a problem and I didnt mind. BUT I expected a clean room and there were urine marks on the carpet and in the bathroom on the floor from the previous guests' pets. It drove my dog insane. The bed was not as comfortable as I expect from a 5 star hotel.

+I had a wonderful stay here. The room was great and comfortable. The hotel has a great pool and great fitness center. Alessia Marchionni went above and beyond to assist me with a painless check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended!
