“The property was suitable for our one night stay.”
+As it was raining on the day we arrived, it was good to sit on the small sofa and watch our usual programs as the TV had Sky. The property is in a quiet village.
−Due to miserable weather, the room was cold when we arrived but was sorted fairly quickly. There is nowhere to hang clothes apart from a hook on the back of the entrance door. The bi-fold door to the bathroom was stiff and awkward to open and close from inside of the bathroom as no handle.

“Nice quiet village location and has everything you need”
+I've stayed both here and the "sister accommodation" at Findon Rest that many times it's hard to review every time! Both are great and have everything you need for a basic room and accommodation. I've stayed in every room now and all are very similar in terms of comfort and facilities. On the odd occasion there wasn't any shower gel or hairdryer in one room, but am sure this is a minor oversight and everything else is absolutely fine. Lucy (the owner) is so lovely and very helpful with my requests as I have had to travel at very short notice due to recent family bereavement, and the regular travel leading up to that. The village has a number of excellent pubs and restaurants, and the cafe over the road is great for breakfast but isn't open on a Sunday. The beds are all very comfortable, and each room has tea/coffee facilities. The area is very quiet which is perfect, and most guests are respectful of this and the neighbouring houses in the quiet village location. The accommodation is ideally located, and has ample parking (I've never had a problem parking) and equally suitable if travelling for work or leisure.

“Worthing Rest, is, ful”
+Stayed in room 7. Excellent contact& info from owners, spacious bedroom& bathroom, comfortable, clean, plenty of tea& coffee & other facilities & the location is a picturesque English horsey countryside village. Dee Dee's across the road is great and The Gun Inn, inside& garden, great and good Guinness.

+Comfortable bed ; large size room; have a sofa , good size windows and design to contruction, nice pictures , nice carper.
−No Netflix on my larger television and needed to turn off 3 times as sound kept muting itself. The room Needs fresh redecoration

“Staying local for a friends wedding.”

−Room was tired, bedding had rip holes in the duvet cover. There was no handle on the bathroom door. The bathroom sink was so tiny you couldn’t use it without the waterfall tap shooting out over the edge of the sink and drowning the floor. Which is a shame as there was so much space to have a large decent size sink in the bathroom. Marks on the bedroom carpet. Botched job to repair wall in bathroom. Extension leads draped around the bathroom door to give power socket for kettle. Easy check in.

“Small, clean room.”
+For one night before attending a wedding just down the road, it was OK! Clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. We did find somewhere to park outside, but only just!
−There was no handle on the door to a VERY pokey bathroom, so tricky to open/ close for privacy. Extremely small double, so very little room to move around or change.

+Not a lot to be fair
−We stayed in the findon rest last week and compared to that it was awful... It was cheaper at the findon rest and the rooms were so much nicer.. it wasnt cleaned properly the room looks like it was falling apart the bathroom was tiny and the paint peeling off, the coffee and tea station was being held up by a bit of wood and the bed was broken
