−We had duplicate bookings and we were told that we’d only be charged for one night for one of the bookings, and that the rest would be refunded, but it wasn’t done and they never even responded to Booking.com’s request or to us OK?

“Won’t book there again”

−Staff was rude. I was charged the damage fee twice and only got it back once. Was told I was have river front area and I have a tiny room no tv in bedroom. Hot tubs didn’t work. Was told about ice and soda never shown. Washers somewhere on that property but was never shown where they was at. Very poor service.

“Disappointed”
+Was put in building 14. Sucked! Laundry not in room. Place tiny. Only a love seat to sit on. Had to go into bathroom and stand by the sink to close the door. Big step to get up to the shower very slippery to get out. Toilet was on a step and was loose. Definitely would not recommend. As a diamond elate owner was not pleased.

+I like that everything is well planned out and convenient. I really like how the trolley bus that runs through town comes to the parking lot right next to the property. I have stayed here before with my cousin who is a WorldMark timeshare owner. The property is always clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
−The only thing I needed during that trip was a bigger couch in our studio. There was a loveseat but it was so tiny you couldn't really lay down or rest on it.

−For a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 it would have been nice to have a full size fridge instead of a mini one. Other than that, I have zero complaints. I would stay here again

“Great location, but some service issues.”
+We booked a two bedroom for a visit including my 87 year old mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. The location was great with a river view from our front door and nearby access to the hot tub (which we didn't use). We were not really impressed with the room we got; the main bedroom had a tiny bathroom with a walk-in shower with a curtain and almost no counter space, just a couple of inches around the single sink. It had an awkward barn door that had replaced a previous pocket door, which seemed out of place. The bedroom itself was fine; comfortable bed but terrible, too-soft pillows. The other bathroom, which was off of the kitchen, had a tub and ample counter space, which was great for my MIL, but was right outside the main bedroom, a 15 step walk from the 2nd bedroom. An elderly person gets up in the middle of the night frequently to use the bathroom, and navigating that 15 steps in the dark was inconvenient. The weather predicted included a snowstorm, which we were prepared for. The 28" of snow that came down over two days kept us indoors watching movies, which were available free from the front desk, and a good variety of choices. Once the snow stopped we were read

“An excellent Time share near Rocky Mountain National Park”
+This Time share is excellent. It is well kept up with wifi, washer/dryers, full kitchens, comfortable beds, and outside swimming pool and hot tubs. The rooms are quiet, and the beds comfortable. The location is very convenient in the town of Estes Park near restaurants, grocery store, and 4 minutes drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay.
