“terrible customer service”
+Booked this resort for 4 days & the property itself is beautiful, super clean room, lots of amenities & very spacious. Ronnie helped check us in and was very kind and super knowledgeable. Unfortunately we were not made aware that you have to pay $40 for wifi which seems crazy for a resort, Buffy who works at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. Absolutely no customer service at all, insane attitude & seems miserable at her job especially for being one of the faces of the company. One of the most unpleasant people I’ve genuinely ever dealt with in customer service. Please for the love of god get her out of here.

“Wonderful”
+The property was exactly what we wanted. The unit had a separate bedroom, washer and dryer, and a kitchen. All of the amenities of a home. The pool was a great way to start the morning. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.
−There was nothing about this property that we did not like. Everything was way above par.

“Great stay with Accessibility Caveat”
+I spent two nights at this property through Booking.com. I did not know when I booked that it was not a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. This family timeshare facility would certainly meet my needs for a large family gathering. Lots of fun in summer at the resort for families with two pools, hot tubs, pickle ball court, billiards room and club house. Easy drive with proper vehicle to snow play in winter. Lovely area to visit in the fall with lots of small town harvest happenings nearby. If someone plays golf, great fun, spring summer and fall. Golf right next door. Accommodations are well maintained very clean and excellent for family.
−I am mobility impaired. Stairs are my nemesis. There are seven stairs up or down to each condo. Did I miss a ramp or an elevator that would give me better access to my condo? If there is no elevator or lower level ramp, it is surely needed. The population is aging.

“Family Vacation”
+Resort was clean. Nice location. The only reason I gave a 4 stars is because due to a family issue we were not able to check in until 2 days after our check in date. We called the resort to let them know we would be checking in 2 days later. They were accommodating and seemed like there was no problem. I noticed an extra charge on my bank account of $100.00. When I asked the desk what the extra change was for they told me it was because we checked 2 days late. This is unacceptable and I should have been told upfront when I called to let them know we would be checking in late.
