+I loved the building, the layout and the kitchen, dining and courtyard. That there are 2 bathrooms on each floor. The building is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. The courtyard is great.
−The bathrooms are not very clean. Hair on the floor and mats and hand towels which are shared are not cleaned every day. The courtyard furniture was not clean. Then it rained and the courtyard furniture was soaking wet so could not be used. I actually went out and placed all cushions aling the ledge to dry in the sun. The code locks on the doors need to be replaced as the numbers are very sticky and don't register when pushed. The floors and bathrooms need to be cleaned daily.

+Everything was super clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee machine is really handy in the morning, beautiful outdoor patio and clean bathrooms.

+Nothing
−They confirmed the booking but never provided the promised access details to the property, then didn't respond to multiple calls, emails or messages to their contact lines. Was stuck outside with no way to access after having traveled for a hours to Melbourne. Never even received an apology or explanation, just completely ghosted. Luckily Booking.com sorted us out with an alternative but we still had to wait 1.5hrs for this to happen. Really terrible and would not recommend booking this place to anyone.

“It was good and peaceful, it would have gotten a higher score if I could operate the air conditioning, I almost burnt to”
+It is really close to the city
−The air conditioning was a pain in the behind to operate.

+Clean and tidy room, simple cereal + toast self serve breakfast. Showers had good water pressure. Nice standing desk if you want to work in there. Overall great value room.
−Traffic noise was loud - I can sleep through anything, but the room could use at least a heavy blind or something to dampen it a bit for light sleepers.
