“Don't book online because they're not updated with the hotels themselves”
+Nice location and nice clean room
−The bed was very uncomfortable, and we were not able to get the queen we had booked online because the hotel did not have any available when we got there. It was explained to us why, but it was still just disappointing.

+The hotel staff were very polite and quick to solve any problems. The old blinds in our room broke, and they replaced them with brand new ones the very next day. We are very satisfied with the staff! The location and price are good.
−The microwaves in the rooms are very old, they should have been replaced a long time ago, the rooms could be cleaner.

“Horrible”
+Good location
−I have never stayed anywhere that couldn't at least give you a blanket! The bed even though it was either a queen or a king felt like you were sleeping on a cot. I literally have never filled out one of these but it was so bad I felt like I had to. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

“Nice clean motel, close to mall”
+Close to where we needed to be, comfortable bed
−No bkft..but we left VERY EARLY for a trip, so even if you had bkft., we left before it would have started, but would have been nice for others

“Would not stay again”
+Location
−The bed was smaller than what I booked and the room was dingy and lots of broken things, only one light worked in the entire room.

+Did not eat the breakfast due to the roaches in the hotel.
−There were bedbugs, roaches and the facility was not clean. Staff were not concerned about the bedbugs or roaches. I slept in my car after day 1 and moved to a different hotel and not refund was given.

“BED BUGS”
−Stayed one night, came home with bed bug bites. Night employee wasn’t in office when we went to check in. Had to wait about 20 minutes for them to show up, after ringing bell and making phone calls.
