+The staff tried to help.
−I though the description of the room was confusingly. I thought we ordered two queen beds. I was very disappointed that we only had one queen bed.. discription of rooms need to be better. When I called prior to our stay the staff that answered the phone was rude when I asked about the fires in the area. But the staff that checked us in was kind and tried to help. One thing was there was no staff on site after 5 and all night on the property.

“Dog friendly, run down facility, easy check in.”
+Location is convenient
−The place is falling apart and worn out. Shower was pretty gross (mildew), paint drips all over the carpet throughout the hallways, just felt like the hotel is on the verge of being sold or was just sold and honestly based on the cost and location I expected a better base line.

“I will never consider the dump again.”
+I liked the location. The area is beautiful. Not the hotel.
−The pictures didn't show that the property was in the middle of a remodel. The inside of our room was missing trim. The hallways had no trim. Staff made us wait in the parking lot for a text message to get a door code. Hotel was in complete disrepair and chaotic at night, with lack of presence of staff. Two hundred dollars a night was a terrible value for the product we received.

“Eh”
+The rooms were nice
−It was way too difficult to get ahold of someone and even after I did I couldn’t get into my room. Being a customer I shouldn’t have to help other people, that I don’t know, try to get ahold of you and get into their room

“I think they should close this location nd not reopen it till they are serious about running a business.”
+Literally zero things
−There was no staff on site. It took an hour and a half for anyone to show up. Another hour to receive a text with a number to get in the room. Every time we left the room we had to call the after hours number to get it reset so we could get back in. The bed is quite literally the worst one I’ve ever slept on. The people upstairs threw a party till 1 am. Someone tried to come in our room in the middle of the night. No one answered the after hours emergency number. Piles of dirt all over the floors inside. Literally the worst experience ever.

+Rooms are charming and large; and they seem to be remodeled with new flooring.
−The outside of the building looks somewhat run down, as well as the areas surrounding the rooms.

“OK for a quick night, but nothing more.”
+Um, front desk guy wa really nice.
−The beds. The slanted floors. Thin walls from room above. Didn't sleep well at all.
