“We had an awesome stay, it was close to restaurants, we would definitely stay again!”
+The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. We booked it last minute and were delighted to get a good rate, and a room on the second level where we could walk directly from our parking space into the room without having to walk upstairs. The booking and check-in were done completely online. When there was a problem with the key code assigned to us, the manager promptly answered the phone and someone was on-sight immediately to resolve the issue.
−We think it should be made clear on the website that the rooms are on three different levels and that there is no elevator. Since it is probably most commonly rented to skiers this should be no problem, however seniors who may not handle stairs well might have an issue. Also there is limited parking behind the chalet where one could just walk into their room from the parking space. All the rest of the parking is in front of the building and requires stairs to access their rooms.

“Comfortable room that's dog friendly”
+The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. There was an electric fireplace, a nice room fan/humidifier set up, and an additiinal fan in a cabinet. The bed was so comfortable, as well as the pillows. I prefer soft pillows, and these were amazing. The bedding was also very soft and comfortable, and there were additional blankets if you needed them. There were also charging stations set up for phones and devices, so that was a very nice touch. The owner/host was so friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful. We were traveling with our dog, and the back porch on our room was so nice to have to be able to take her outside to go potty.
−From the description on Booking.com, the room was described as being much larger than it actually was. So walking in to a smaller room was unexpected. It was still a good room. The coffee pot in the room didn't work, so we let the owner know as we were checking out. The room was really warm, even with the evaporative fan running. The thermostat didn't seem to actually adjust the room temp, so it got warm and muggy overnight, even though it was actually a very cool evening and night.

−Stand alone temperature unit was not cooling. Had to put ice water in tank. Looked liked slime/mold in tank so had to clean it before using.

“Very disappointing stay:(”
+Location
−The floors were very dirty and whatever cleaner was used was so powerful it made my eyes sting and head hurt. I couldn't air it out because was no window and the screen door had gaps so mosquitoes and flies got in. Due to this and it being really hot I slept horribly:(. Owners were not willing to move me to a different room and when they went in to clean the floors they once again used the potent cleaner, making it worse.

“We will be back!”
+The location was great and the staff super helpful! The design and layout were modern and clean and the bed comfy! We will return and bring friends! We loved being able to walk to and from the Rendezvous Event Center, multiple restaurants, shopping, etc. Thank you!
−There was one towel that clearly had been left in the washer too long before drying, or something to that effect, but unlike some establishments there were multiple others for us to choose from so it wasn't a big deal. The inhabitants of the adjacent room were suuuuper loud at 7AM on Sun. :( The adjoining door could really use some of the noise cancelling efforts they've put into the rest of the chateau.

“Welcoming”
+We had a wonderful stay! The beds erected extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night sleep. I specifically loved the back porch, which provided convenient access to my car. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I’m already planning to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
