“Overall our stay was a disappointment.”
+The breakfast was fairly good. The hot foods were warm, not hot.
−We used the hot tub but the water was just lukewarm and the pool area was pretty dirty. The AC in our room didn't work properly. I set the temp to 65 as the room was really hot and it never really cooled down. The shower head needs replacing and the toilet didn't flush properly.

“it was okay.”
+location was good
−We had to change our room, the first room was unexceptable. I wanted a hot bath in our new room only to find that it didn't have a stopper to plug the water.

“Worst experience in my life!”
+The 1st room we were assigned smelled like human feces. The next room had holes in the furniture with stain worn off; AC was so loud it kept us up all night. Bathroom light was dim, fan squealed, walls were filthy, wood trim had stain worn off. Pool was green and hot tub was out of order. Breakfast had old apples and hard pancakes. There is a large dump of old furniture and lamps on one side of the property visible from the parking lot. Another guest had a very large dog off its leash. The front desk was not concerned about safety for people or our dog's safety. The security door did not lock on one side of the property, and the other side had a homeless encampment. Our credit card was overcharged as what our receipt stated.
