“This little apartment had everything we needed and was in walking distance to most places we wanted to go.”
+LOCATION! And it was well furnished and clean!

“Other positives were the close proximity to the beach, ability to walk to get food & visit shops.”
+We didn’t see/have any breakfast, but the coffee bar & ice machine was a huge plus. We upgraded from room 3 to room 6/7 for an extra night which was so worth it. The beds were comfortable plus larger bathroom and bigger space in general was a plus. Being able to use the two outdoor showers & premises until 4 pm after the 11 am check out was a big deal to us as well.
−The beds in room 3 weren’t comfortable & one bathroom was very small. The frig was small as well.

“Old home nicely kept- perfect for young couple with a baby and grandparent babysitters.”
+management was friendly and efficient - coffee station was accessible at all times - location was great - its an old home but kept nice - def has old time staircase and is not for old or not physically fit.
−Everything was fine - price was a little high but it was a weekend.

“A little bit of home on Long Beach Island”
+Windward at the Beach feels like you are coming home. The rooms are quaint, clean with just enough space to enjoy. The staff communicates via text but is extremely responsive and is always checking to see what else they can do to make your stay enjoyable.
−It’s a personal preference but I do not like coffee pods, so went out each morning to get fresh coffee. Maybe Nespresso would be a better choice for pods but again, this is a personal preference.

“Awesome location!”
+The best thing about this property is the location, it is very close to the beach. Our room was very clean, they were very attentive, kept asking us if we needed anything which was nice. It was walkable to a lot of restaurants. The coffee bar was great. Nice choice of coffees. We would definitely stay there again.
−The closet space was very tiny and the bathroom was small

“Amazing short trip with my family, so good I booked again”
+This is the mot amazing boutique hotel - charming, best location steps from the beach and the feeling of being in a house which is typically LBI but having the comfort of a hotel.
