“A hotel that ticks all the basics, at a great location”
+A decent hotel at a great location, in a quiet side street yet very close to the city center and everything one might expect in a Paris city trip. Rooms are clean and well-made, and of a reasonable size.
−I found the pillows very hard and uncomfortable, and the hotel had no alternatives to offer. After a night of poor sleep and neck pain, I had to put the pillow case on a throw pillow from the couch.

“A three star hotel that needs a little tlc.”
+Very comfortable bed. Nice lobby area. Very pleasant staff. Quiet street.
−Needs touch-up in certain areas such as broken mirror, peeling paint, glass on bathtub to prevent floods, replacing bulbs.

“The location, so close to the Gare du Nord and the Canal Saint Denis was wonderful. quiet street!”
+The team was outstanding and went above and beyond in helpings print items, confirm metro connections, find an odd pillow, the list goes on. They are a credit to the company and ownership of the hotel.
−there was a consistent loud noise from the air conditioner that tended to wake us up, this might be able to be remedied. In aggregate, it did not change how we felt about the hotel.

+Everyone working the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was bigger and more comfortable than expected. The location was good! a lot of restaurants, convenient to the metro lines heading towards city center, but maybe not particularly convenient to the airport.
−We didn't try the breakfast because we felt it was a little too expensive.

“Beautiful little boutique hotel in a great spot in Paris, with AC!”
+We booked this property last minute after our Airbnb cancelled on us. We were so happy we did! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The carried our baggage to the room. The air conditioning worked great in the heat wave!!! The hotel is located on a quiet beautiful alley way. The metro is a close 5-8 minutes walk, and it was easy for us to get anywhere we wanted in Paris. The rooms were clean and well kept. We ate breakfast at the nearby bakeries most mornings, but we had the hotel breakfast on the last day, and it was wonderful! I loved their hot chocolate! They messaged us after we had left letting us know we left something behind and they would hold it for us. Very good customer service! We would absolutely stay here again!
−Everything was great

“Hotel très charmant et bien situé, personnel très sympathique”
+Emplacement génial, quartier animé, proche des lignes de métro pour visiter, beaucoup de super resto. Hotel situé dans une toute petite rue hyper calme
−Chambre un peu petite mais nous avons pu être 4 dans la chambre
