+The location was so convenient for the Maidenhead half marathon/10k and we were able to leave the car there for the duration. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge in the room. There was a cooker so although a continental breakfast was provided, we took our own eggs to cook. The staff was friendly and polite. They just need to spend some money doing the place up.
−Needs some work... There was a huge hole in the kitchen ceiling covered over with gaffer tape The breakfast was sainsbury 'value' range everything- value white bread, value jam, etc. Nothing was put out, it was in the cupboards so had to go rummaging and then wash up afterwards. We'd taken eggs to cook but the gas cooker ignition was missing; there was just an empty hole. There was 2 manual igniters but could t get them to work. Fortunately someone came to help us. There was a note on the shower saying please don't adjust the temperature control. Some of the plug sockets didn't work. The ones that did work were in a spot that was so dirty behind the bedside table, it was a bit grim plugging anything in.

“Short stay at an affordable price”
+Breakfast was very basic but for no extra cost. The location is very good close to the river and main road
−A better breakfast. A TV that works. A table and chair in the room. No need for a big fridge which we didn’t use. A lift or some help with the suitcase. The place itself needs a makeover inside and outside. The parking spot for our car was excellent. The girl that we saw was very helpful and polite

“Fine for one night. Good value.”
+Very convenient location and free parking. The kitchen with supplies was a nice touch.
−My room had curtains with eyelets missing and there were no coat hangers in the wardrobe. Small things but they would have helped, And the walls are really this, you can hear everyone coming and going. My bed and bathroom are really clean so that’s the main thing but there was a thick layer of dust on the fan and behind anything you moved. The kitchen was really dirty when I went in but that was about 8.30 so maybe guests had made it dirty,
