8.0“Perfect location, good value ; great breakfast!”
+Superb location, 10 minutes walking from the Western Wall; in the Christian Quarter; very quiet at night, gelt very safe all the time. The open self-service breakfast was better than at many hotels.
−The lights from the hallway got into the room; made it a bit tricky to sleep.

10.0“I highly recommend this place.”
+Everything was fantastic (the location, the room, the breakfast, how clean and comfortable everything was and the view from the roof) but best of all was the peaceful atmosphere and the responsiveness, warmth and helpfulness of the people running the place. They were very decent and dignified people who kindly let me stay beyond the check-out time as my flight wasn't 'til late and even answered 'tourist information' questions for me about public transport and postboxes! This was my favourite place of anywhere I've ever stayed and I felt completely relaxed from the moment I set foot inside.
−I liked everything.

10.0“Great location with very helpful staff.”
+Right in the old part of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. I have a broken leg at present and the staff went out of their way to help me, moved us to a room on the lower floor and helped with transport around the old city.
−All was great. Maybe a little more variety for the breakfast you prepare yourself would have been that little bit more, but I did not ask for anything different and I am sure if I did they would have supplied it.

10.0“An Ideal place to stay in the Old City”
+A warm and welcoming place to stay! Breakfast was great with pita, cheese, meats, and different spreads, etc. and coffee, tea, and such sincerity to make sure I was comfortable, asking if I needed anything at all, but with plenty of privacy. It was like a home away from home…such true kindness! I’ve been traveling for five years, and such places are rare…only one other like it in all those years. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed, and always clean. I honestly felt like I'd hit the jackpot - comfy, clean, and a welcoming and delightful place to stay with a super location in the Old City of Jerusalem. Wish I could have stayed longer!
−Nothing at all...

10.0“Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality Michael and family. Wish we could've stayed longer!”
+This charming guesthouse is located right in the old city and is very convenient if you want to explore. We came straight from the airport, our first time ever in Israel, and felt at home immediately. It was a wonderful place to come home to after a day out walking the streets of Jerusalem. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright, very clean and comfortable. We loved the generous and delicious self serve breakfasts of eggs, pita bread, hummus, salad, olives, cold meats and cheese, olive oil and za'atar... We had a wonderfully memorable stay and hope to come back in the future!
−If you have walking difficulties please be aware that there are a lot of steps to get to the guesthouse, as is the case throughout the old city.

1.0“Needs to solve the problem with noise”
−Impossible to have rest due to noise. This place is extremely nice and clean, but it has the enormous disadvatage of having all the rooms with open space around the doors and so you hear every single noise. The first morning I was waken up very early in the morning by the noise in the kitchen, on the other side of the door of my room. It was exactly as if someone was making coffee on your head literally. I wish to this place to solve the problem with the strange doors that are really painful obstacle for silence and rest. We come to the Holy city of Jerusalem from all the countries in the world with the sincere aim and wish to venerate this holy place and we simply wish to have the possibility for rest in the hotel. This is all.

10.0“A wonderful stay in Jerusalem Old City”
+William's Guest House is a home away from home in the old city of Jerusalem. Located close to the Ethiopian Church, right within the cobbled alleyways which mark the historic city, the accommodation combines modern facilities with an old world environment which is only to be understood by experience. The house itself is old style, stone walls, wrought iron rails, old pictures and wooden furniture which breathes another world. The room was clean, comfortable, modern. The kitchen is open access with 24 hour tea and coffee. Breakfast stuff is in the fridge and you make it yourself per convenience. On an early day, we packed our own breakfast, on another day we left early then returned for a late breakfast- very convenient. You can warm up your own meal or make eggs if you wish. Lovely shops, cafes and eateries around. We arrived from Tel Aviv Airport by public transport. Took the train into Jerusalem central bus station, then line 1 to Damascus Gate stop. Short walk from there. We did not have much luggage, so this was very doable. Check in was smooth. We called William on the doorbell, were allowed into the courtyard. He arrived promptly to hand over keys and explain arrangements. On
