+Good location
−The food on offer was only a buffet style, no menu choices. For a vegetarian this meant pasta & fried arancini balls which was greasy & stodgy. No breakfast on offer at all.

“As stated above otherwise location and weather excellent.”
−Room service ie refreshments did not occur on 2nd day of our stay and the manager had to do this also no towels in bathroom on our arrival. Buffet dining was plentiful but of a low standard.

+Great location. Stunning views, especially from the sun terrace. Friendly staff. Beautiful building.
−It would have been a nine, but unfortunately the toilet broke and couldn’t be repaired on the Sunday. The hotel did however move to an available room, but sadly the view changed from the sea to a car park. The hotel staff were very helpful though and also provided a free carvery with drinks. So all in all, despite the downgrade in view, was happy with the service and substitutes made.

+The location and views were great.
−Prepaid for breakfast that was then cancelled and although a refund for the breakfast was given we had to chase that up various times. Before our stay we had organised and had confirmed twice a fridge on the room however upon arrival were told that this couldn’t happen. Customer service very disappointing.
