“In need of proper facilities”
+The location was great. The caravan was clean. The shower was amazing!!! Staff that we encountered was always polite and helpful.
−The parking was not good at all, not enough space for all the vehicles and hardly any space for manoeuvring. The facilities at the site was really poor and out dated. Looked really dirty and sadly the arcade was closed due to flooding through the roof, this also happened in the reception area. We played mini golf, which again was in poor condition, broken parts, missing bricks along the edges. It's really sad as I'm sure with some money and time injected into the site, it would be a great family site to go to. We stayed in a silver tier caravan, it was clean but the furniture, carpets, sofa etc was very marked and grubby.

+The location is absolutely amazing, it really worth visiting. The caravan was confortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean.
−In sofa's area is carpet on the floor and that carpet smell very bad. As a suggestion: is better to remove that carpet and replace it with something else

“Needs alot of work”
+The road home
−The caravan was extreamly small. We could hear the neighbours tv over ours.. the clubhouse was extreamly loud and no where else to sit to eat but in the main loud venue itself, there was no designated dining area. The sofas in the caravan was extreamly uncomfortable. The staff where all under 21, well it looked that way anyways. The staff were extreamly unexperianced in hospitality. There was nothing there to do. The mini golf course was a mess and looked like it wasent maintained at all. The pool was basic. There was lack of basic facilitys in the caravan, no night light in the childs room, noisie pipe work on the onsweat bathroom. The other toilet in the main bathroom did not flush properly. The radioters were all rusty. There was no plastic crockery for the children, having to give young children a drink out of glasses was unsafe. The internet that you have to pay to use in the caravan was poor at best. Could not even watch a show on streaming apps without it buffering consistantly. And the final straw for me was when i was getting changed a flee jumped on my foot!! I had allready spent 2 nights there and was disscusted by that. We left the night before as did not want to spend a

+Lovely location to venture off the park and to visit places. Entertainment staff very friendly, I would say the park is more for under 12s and no older as not much for them too do. We took our 13 year old and nothing much for him so we found ourselves going off site to keep him entertained.
−We had a gold caravan but I found it too be more like a silver. Broken toilet door that had just a piece of wood to keep the door handle in. Beds very uncomfortable. But overall you get what you pay for I guess. We paid £480 for August bank holiday weekend Friday to Monday. 2926
