“Home away from home”
+Really felt like a home from home, had all the little things you would hope for and not think about in advance, the kitchen dining area was lovely, the beds were so comfy and unlike some caravans you stay in it had heating which was really effective and made the whole place feel cosy, was also lovely to have proper storage in the bedrooms so we hang things up and put things away so it didnt feel like living out of a case
−There was a slight issue on checkin where the property had been missed off the cleaning rota so hadn't been cleaned for our arrival, however Nikitia was super quick to arrive and rectify the issue she was really friendly and apologetic so we didn't mind waiting for it to be clean.

“Loved it! A clean, as-new mobile home that is so well equipped!”
+Very well equipped, and seemed as-new! Very clean and comfortable. Very well kept and quiet site. Lovely to see so much weedless grass! (It was surprising how quickly we got used to the trains passing by: it reminded me slightly of my brother's house where that felt like a train coming through the house).
−A non-slip shower mat (or 2) for safety needed. (We are elderly). More instructions for the TV and Bluetooth needed: we could not get Bluetooth working! (I needed a PhD to operate the microwave). More instructions on rubbish disposal would help. Instructions on how to get onto site after 9 pm. needed. It always needed a car journey to get to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc ..... Help on where to find an EV car charging point would help too. I suggest that the Fire TV and its many TV channel accounts (Amazon, ITVx, etc.) are set up with *visitor* accounts and the owners' accounts set up to need PINs. The accounts available were only the owner's .... Amazon made films available that required payment, and that may have been debited to the owner's accounts if we had chosen one.
