“Everything you need for a pleasant stay in a great city at an affordable price”
+Owner extremely helpful and friendly. Room had everything you needed. The mini fridge was very useful and the continental breakfast in the room was so much better than others we’ve had. Good location near a lovely canal walk. Would definitely stay again.
−Nothing worth mentioning.

“Comfortable and pleasant stay in welcoming surroundings”
+Very clean and comfortable, even had a fan for the hot weather. Easy to walk into Bath. A lovely selection of breakfast items and snacks refreshed every day, we felt very looked after! Steve was very friendly.
−There was nothing we didn't like.

“A great stay in a great location with the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for him. Would love to return soon!!”
+Great location, only around 7 minutes walk into the centre. Host was excellent, couldn’t do enough for us, I even had a soft tyre on my car and he lent me his pump to get it sorted! Breakfast items provided daily, can even buy chocolate bars and cans from the place. Fridge was provided in the room. He had literally thought of everything, the perfect host.
−The only thing I can think of is the car parking, when we first arrived we had to park a distance away as it was busy, but on other days there were plenty of spaces near to the accomodation, really was hit and miss!! The host would also help greatly with that and would have even moved his car in order to get mine in. Only a minor point, can’t think of any negatives whatsoever.

−The chandelier was positioned right above the bed, and I was so worried it might fall on my head during the night 😄

+I really liked this small private guesthouse. Located in quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes away from Bath Abbey. My room was not large, but had everything I could think of. It's very clear that the owners put their hearts into their guesthouse. Every detail was thought through. I was very happy with my stay. Would definitely stay again.
−I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
