+I liked that it was steps away from the train/metro station. Also, there were a wide variety of shops and restaurants in the area. The host, Luigi, was very helpful and communicated well prior to my stay. I appreciated that the room was tidied up with new towels and clean sheets everyday. I would stay here again. BRAVO!

“Host was unresponsive and the stay was awful. Probably the worst booking I’ve ever had and I’m fairly well travelled. Ha”
+Property is central to the station which made it convenient to get to with luggage. Cleaning staff is on top of it as well
−Property was very loud and uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin which made noise unbearable. Multiple parties within complex combined with street noise that didn’t stop till 3 am. Bed was crazy uncomfortable and there is a mould problem. Whole unit stunk of mildew and we felt ill after a couple days

“Good location value for money”
+Very good location. Just 3-4min walk to Roma termini. And also a laundering service (EUR 14 for washing & drying) in 2min walk. Supermarket just next door. Mini fridge inside the room. AC is good. Host is very helpful.
−Bathroom is little cramped. Electrical kettle in the room but no tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.

“Great location & value for money”
+Such a good little room in a great location. A short walk from the big main train station that takes you to the airport. Easy to find. Elevator was helpful with lots of bags.
−We initially had an issue with the aircon, it wasn’t pumping cold air like it should but the host responded to our message in record timing! He came to the room and fixed the problem immediately and we had a great working air con after that.

“Beware! Disgusting/ Lack of cleanliness, and poor design for comfort”
+We had to switch rooms after one day because the air conditioner was leaking badly.
−Everything was horrific. No space from toilet to sink. Sink overlaps toilet. Entire place was dirty and unkept. Shower nozzle had rust, dirty toilets etc
