10.0“Gorgeous village, accommodation and people.”
+Our second time at Wheelwrights. Lovely room, separate from the house, thatched and so cool in the very hot weather. Lovely breakfast, and fab hosts. Excellent parking to the rear of the property. Sue and Nigel are amazing. We can't wait to visit again.
−Nothing, everything was brilliant.

10.0“Memorable stay in a quaint conversion in an old lovely village”
+We had a very comfortable and interesting stay at this lovely quaint conversion with a lot of character and history made into a cosy modern room, which was cool and nice even in the heat of late July. Bathroom with a shower and a tiny cute kitchenette for making hot drinks - all very clean and functional. And what a warm welcome after a day of walking - with tea/coffee and cake, and friendly talk. The hosts/owners couldn't be more welcoming, kind and informative. They told us curious facts and interesting stories about the history of the cottage and conversion, and the beautiful, old fashioned stone village of Abbottsbury. They advised us on the best times to visit the Swannery and the Subtropical Gardens. So interesting, intelligent and warm-hearted people! We are so impressed! Thank you very much for everything!

10.0“Wheelwrights was a comfortable resting place run by Nigel and Sue who were most hospitable.”
+Friendly and helpful hosts. Super quiet room. First class breakfast.
−The TV was a bit fiddly and picture not the best, but perfectly okay for us. It would be helpful if the room had a small nightlight you could leave on for when you get up in the night.
