“Very enjoyable”
+The property was well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a very enjoyable stay. The location was great and walking distance to everything.
−The only thing we didn’t care for was that our room was right across from the check in desk, and we could hear other guests often in the morning when we were still sleeping.

“It was a nice day with a too small room”
+I like the location, the breakfast the happy hour
−The size of my room it was just too small. If husband and I did not share a suitcase I don’t know where we would have stored the other one. We literally walked into our bed when we opened our door and one final thing that I didn’t like is there was nowhere to put your clothes except for one closet that you could hang things there were no drawers to put your clothes in. One suggestion I have is that maybe they put some hooks on the wall walls to hang things especially in the bathroom you need another hook for your towels when you are done showering.

+The location in regard to closeness to the Key West Express Terminal. They also had the room ready early.
−The room had a musty smell, and was damp. The bed in room 402 had no support, felt old. There was construction and work truck blocked an easy entrance to our room. I slipped on wet concrete at base of stairs, with some injury. Reported to check in desk man twice, said he would advise his manager. I also have confirmation of my rate and was charged more. I stayed here a couple of year ago and loved it. Not sure if I would go back.

“Great value and location to harbor.”
+We loved the pool, weekday happy hour, and ice machine. The walk to Duvall wasn’t bad.
−The room was very small. So sitting space so we laid on the bed, but we made do.

“Horrible bed!”
+Won’t stay here again. Stayed in Room 402, which had recently been remodeled. It was very clean, but had several faults: (1) The mattress (no box springs) was in poor condition. It rolled both of us to the outer edges and had zero support. We even rotated it from head to foot and totally flipped it over. It was still very uncomfortable. For a new remodel, the management went “cheap” on the mattress. If you don’t already have a bad back, you will after sleeping here for a few nights. (2) The walls are very thin; no sound insulation. There is even a huge gap under the main door of room 402. The first night, my boyfriend and I experienced a lot of stomping by guest(s) above us in room 405. Every morning at 5AM, we were awoken by the same guest(s) in 405. It sounded like they were attempting to get their 10,000 steps in for the day. The noise usually lasted about an hour. (3) Construction was occurring in other units and the crew parked their U-Hauls outside our window for several days. The noise associated with loading furniture woke us up, after we had managed to fall back asleep from the commotion in room 405. (4) The construction vehicles (U-Haul, etc.) were parked near our exit fr

+Das Hotel liegt gut zentral, man kann die wichtigsten Dinge in Kürze zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel selbst besticht durch seinen Südstaaten Charme. Es ist ein wirklich hübsches Hotel. Der Garten ist tropisch angelegt und man hat einen größeren und einen kleineren Pool zur Auswahl. Wir sind uns vorgekommen wie in der Karibik. Beim Frühstücken am Pool hat uns dann auch des Öfteren ein Leguan besucht.
−Wir haben Zimmer direkt an der Straße zugeteilt bekommen. Diese waren sehr laut. Die Zimmer an sich sind extrem hellhörig. Die beiden Zimmer, die wir erwischt haben, waren zudem sehr klein. Wir konnten nicht einmal einen geöffneten Koffer auf den Boden legen. Eins der Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm modrig. Das ist wohl aber in dieser Region durch die dauernde Feuchtigkeit öfters der Fall. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber leider etwas ideenlos. Man darf nicht von deutschen Frühstücksbuffet Standards ausgehen.
