“It was a brilliant stay”
+The host’s communications with us from the point of booking was excellent. Erich was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was beautiful and accessible for myself as a disabled person. We will be returning here soon for longer. The small personal touches was greatly appreciated. It is home from home

+Everything only spent one night in this absolutely beautiful annexe we didn't want to leave but we're only travelling through myself and my daughter breakfast items were fabulous couldn't eat it all enough for a week nearly I would highly recommend this accommodation great location in a very quiet area only 10 pounds for taxi to the palace 😀 so thank you very much would definitely stay here again we were delighted very good value for money stayed 22 September to the 23 last month host was very helpful and freindly

“Spacious accommodation a short drive from lovely Linlithgow”
+The accommodation was very spacious for us two and our two terriers. Everything was laid out well and was clean and tidy. We were amazed at how quickly the water was hot at the tap or shower head. We love Linlithgow and there was lots of local information about the area and board games for the darker evenings.. The walks for our dogs were great, with great views of the hills and mountains. Nicola and Erich were adjacent and were very friendly and helpful. We advised Nicola beforehand that we are both vegetarian and she altered some of the food items for us. It was great to try some different food items, all of which was fresh. Thank you both, we will be back.

“Clean, quiet with everything you need. A real gem.”
+Easy to get to, lovely hosts and a beautiful place to stay. Warm, peaceful and great to be in a rural location but also close to Linlithgow. An extremely well equipped place.

“Great place to stay, will be going back”
+Very nice and quite and peaceful. Was not sure how to work the gas cooker but it was fine, we had toast anyway. Well equipped. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Good soft beds and a nice lounge, spacious for us all.

“Restful stay in a comfortable home, close to the airport.”
+Nice quiet farmhouse overlooking a beautiful valley! We were only here one night and it was a wonderful sleep in preparation for our long flight home the next day. We appreciated the personal care of the host in letting us into the property and showing us around.

“Nice large area to stay and comfortable beds.”
+Location was great, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We needed a scale to weigh luggage for our trip out the next morning and they were so very nice to let us use their scale. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space to relax and lounge.
−The listing is quite deceptive about the breakfast. "Breakfast is included in the final price" means that they will leave you a loaf of bread, pastries, milk and juice in the fridge, and bacon and eggs in the fridge for you to prepare for yourself in the morning. Unfortunately we realized this late and had to quickly make breakfast in the morning and unfortunately did not have time to wash our dishes before leaving the property in the morning(no directions for this so not sure if we were to do this or not). Typically for B&B your breakfast is included and made for you. This added a bit of stress to the end of our stay, but we were thankful to have food to eat!

“A well-placed comfy rural stay”
+Such incredible views and walks nearby. Quiet yet accessible. Loved being given breakfast ingredients to make ourselves.
−I had mistaken the sleeping area as two bedrooms. When in fact there is only one sleeping room with all the beds within. The photos didn’t show this well enough.
