“Perfect location, spacious apartment, wonderful host!”
+We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The location was perfect, with both the New Town and the Old Town within easy walking distance. The metro station was also very close, making it convenient and affordable to use public transport to explore places further away. The apartment looked a little different from what we expected based on the photos, but this did not affect our stay at all. There was plenty of space for all of us, with room to spare. I can easily imagine that the apartment could comfortably accommodate a group of up to eight people. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, fresh and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the spacious fridge was a real plus. The beds were also very comfortable, with mattresses that were just right , neither too soft nor too firm , which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent communication with the host. Communication via WhatsApp was quick, easy and convenient. We especially loved that the host checked in on us during our stay to see how everything was going and whether we needed anything extra. This was such a
−There were just a few little things we would have appreciated having, such as a toaster, a bedside lamp and a couple of washing machine detergent capsules. However, these are only minor suggestions and do not in any way change our very positive impression of the apartment or its hosts.

“Good location and staff”
+Clean, spacious, basic equipped kitchen, walking distance to sightseeing places.
−So noisy every night that we hardly sleep during our first two nights stay. Rubbish and glasses bin collecting few times throughout the night, people drinking and talking in neighborhood pub, road work started in early morning, and even electric work on our building. Yet the reception was friendly and responded well by giving us another department 10 minutes walking distance away which made up for our last two nights of holiday.

“Gute Lage Nähe Bahnhof und Wenzelsplatz - saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht!”
+Das Apartment (2 Schlafzimmer) war sauber und sehr ruhig, weil Blick in Hinterhof - zum Glück, denn die Straße vor dem Haus wird aufgerissen und ist eine einzige Baustelle. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell: Meine Fragen und Anliegen wurden rasch beantwortet und gelöst. Auch der Tür-Code hat reibungslos funktioniert! WLAN vorhanden! Tolle Lage: In 3 Minuten ist man am Wenzelsplatz, in etwa 15 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht man den Altstädter Ring oder den Bahnhof!
−Die Fotos vom Badezimmer haben eigentlich zwei Waschbecken gezeigt, es gab jedoch nur ein Waschbecken! Außerdem war das Apartment im Erdgeschoss - mit Blick in Hinterhof!

−Kein Wasserdruck NULL. Man kann sich nicht duschen. Im 4 stock gibt es 2 Apartements, 1 davon ist schöner und auf den Bildern. Rate mal welches wir bekommen haben.

“Schöne Wohnung für einen Städtetrip”
+Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen und super vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Innenstadt und Altstadt sind gut fußläufig erreichbar.
−Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten die Wohnung noch verbessern: - Kleine Lampen am Bett (es gibt nur ein großes Licht) - Das Licht im Flur reparieren - Seife im zweiten Badezimmer fehlte - Gewürze (Salz /Pfeffer) für die Küche Es musste außerdem für einige Stunden während unseres Aufenthalts der Strom abgeschaltet werden, das lag allerdings an Bauarbeiten an der Straße. Insgesamt waren wir super zufrieden. Diese Kleinigkeiten hätten den Aufenthalt noch perfektioniert.

“Polecam na krótki i dłuższy pobyt.”
+Byliśmy ze znajomymi na przedłużony weekend. Super lokalizacja. Dobry kontakt z obsługą, bardzo pomocni. Czysto, ciepło, cicho, dużo miejsca, wygodne łóżka.
