“Superb”
+The location was interesting - once one got through the exterior gate and up to the room, the location was delightful.
−Getting used to the phone based app was a bit tricky for an "elderly" person!

“Superb”
+great location.
−I would have preferred a code for the entry. it was complicated as a 4G connection was needed to enter. But the connection was not always available.

“Good in general”
+The room is very clean. Close to everything. You have to get used to the system to open the doors but the place is very safe .
−Nothing bad to say about the room. But I would like to remind people to be careful in Naples. My boyfriend's wallet was stolen on the metro, the town is full of pickpockets. . It's a pity about Naples.

“Very good”
+The location was convenient. The rooms were updated and clean. The hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with the bed and they took care of it the same day
