+Great location, comfortable beds and very quiet.
−Parking lot was a bit tight, but given it is Carmel I was happy they had a lot at all!

“Good location and nice room.”
+Very nice room, comfortable bed.
−There was no parking available but I was told by stuff member to park on the street and I was given parking permit so I was very surprised to get a parking ticket. No information on the permit about hours or Ned to move the car. Simon that one very bad communication. On the second night I wasn’t able to adjust temperature in the room-someone locked the access to the thermostat so I woke up to a very cold room.

“Very well appointed rooms for good value in downtown Carmel”
+The rooms were very recently renovated - and not just a paint job - the interiors are brand new. We were in a Deluxe King Studio room, which was very well laid out with plenty of space, storage, and amenities.
−Not necessarily the fault of the room, but it was very noisy early on Columbus Day (Monday) morning. Delivery trucks, garbage trucks, etc., made it hard to sleep in the morning. This is just a feature of downtown Carmel.

+I liked the location and the beautiful upgrades. Very clean and new Big spacious room Can’t wait for air conditioning
−It was hot and couldn’t leave blinds open to let air through as people can see when walking by. Did not have any fans available

“Great stay. Highly recommend.”
+Lovely newly renovated room. Stylish and comfy. Really clean. Great parking. Great location!
−Nothing really to fault. The only (slightly) negative for me was that they don't provide small travel cots if you are staying as a family. We had a family room, so it had a decent sofa bed which we used for the baby, but I usually prefer the option of a travel cot provided.

−There are not enough parking spaces at the hotel. The AC in the room didn’t work.
