“Location was good, will not rebook”
+location and was able to check in early
−Not only were there a lot of stairs to get to the studio, but the ladder to the bed was a vertical drop. There was no mirror in the bathroom, and the lighting was poor. The wifi didn't connect well, so I used my phone the whole stay. No soap provided.

“Awful”
+I would strongly suggest that you do not stay here! We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 because the apartment was awful. The apartment was not clean. The pictures are not accurate - the armchairs are missing and minimal soft furnishings. The ‘pillow’ for the sofa bed was not a pillow and both duvets were very old and dirty albeit under ‘clean’ covers. The curtains did not fully cover the windows. The bathroom light was flickering and very dim. The squidgy to clean the flooded bathroom floor was rusted and broken. The smoke alarm was in a drawer. And those who slept in the double bed have bites strongly suspicious of bed mites!

“Do not book this place!”
−Do not book this apartment the lady seemed very nice and faithful but then she asked me to cancel my booking because the apartment was under construction and she would refund me it’s 2 weeks later now and I haven’t received my refund and she has not responded to me or to customer support I did not go to the property at all but she’s scammed me out of $700 AUD

+the location of the studio is perfect right in the centre close to everything.
−Before the trip we had informed them we would be a bit earlier then said check in time and received no response. The trip came and we called the host multiple times no response it was raining and we had our luggage with us for 3 hours before they responded. Upon entering the building it was eerie. THE STAIRS. prepare to be climbing was not expecting it to be so many pack light. Initially room looked nice but once you take a good look there was stains on the bed sofa, window didn't shut properly so a small breeze would enter. At some point it was rainier and water was seeping in onto the windowsill

“If you’re looking for a cheap city center location, it’s probably the cheapest you can find. Don’t expect crazy perfect”
+Location is great, it’s actually perfect, because it’s in the soul center of Amsterdam.
−When we came into the property, the heating was quite low and bad, the small electric heater wasn’t working and we got a new one only 2 days prior to our leave, so it was constantly cold. Additionally the mini fridge wasn’t working as well, even tho I addressed it with the POC multiple times.

+Das einzig gute ist die Lage.
−Es gab nichts, was positiv zu bewerten wäre. Angefangen mit der Ankunft. Ich bekam ein paar Tage vorher eine automatische Mail,dass ich mich zwischen 11 - 11:30 telefonisch melden soll, sobald wir da sind. Habe es etliche Male versucht - keine Antwort. Schlüssel bekommt man von irgendeinem Bewohner des Hauses. Das Treppenhaus ist die reinste Katastrophe. Es ist gefährlich, dreckig und unzumutbar. Die Wohnung ebenfalls katastrophal- schmutzig, im Badezimmer kann das Waschbecken nicht genutzt werden, da das Wasser unten rausläuft. Den schlafplatz, den man mit der Leiter erreicht kann man auch nicht nutzen, da aus den Wänden Glaswolle raushängt. Föhn ist kaputt, Toaster dreckig, Licht im Bad geht kaum - flackert nur. Heizung permanent auf heiß, sodass es kaum aushaltbar ist. LeereAlkohol - Flaschen in den Schränken, Lampe kaputt. Halter die Finger von dieser Unterkunft fern ‼️‼️
