“We enjoyed our brief stay.”
+Staff were friendly and welcoming. Menu choices were good. The bar had an excellent choice of drinks.
−Furniture in room was tired. Plumbing was not good and could do with being checked over the winter period.

“Great location”
+Brilliant location and a lovely clean room which looked as if it had just been refurbished. Staff friendly and very obliging.
−Breakfast wasn't too good. No cereal or fruit just a small choice of full English which when it came was very small and basic. Had to ask for fruit Juice, tray with mugs on to help yourself to tea and coffee from a bog standard machine.

“With a better room and bathroom, we would have rated this highly.”
+The location which is excellent and the food was very good.
−The room which was basic for the cost of the stay. The bathroom was old and the approach to it was hazardous as you had to go down one step to a small landing and then another to the bathroom and as there was no window, we had to leave one a small light in there.

“The location is unbeatable if you have a sea view room.”
+The breakfast was reasonable apart from very overcooked bacon. The vegan option was generous
−The shower didn’t drain properly and the toilet seat was loose.Although we stayed for 3 nights the room was never serviced. I did find a helpful staff member to remove the rubbish.

“Good location lovely little place to stay”
+The room was nice and clean fairly comfortable beds. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Staff were very attentive. Would definitely stay again .
−The bathroom was quite dated and the shower was not very good . There was only decaf coffee in the room . Could do with more variety maybe hot chocolate and some water It would have been nice if the room had been serviced during our stay . Had to wash cups out in the bathroom . Apart from that it was a really nice stay .
