“Poor service”
+After booking this property I called them to arrange for the alternative check in time as I couldn't make it at their prescribed time. The gentleman who attended to my call was so rude to me, I even thought that he was drunk. I got so angry such that I ended up not going there and I booked an alternative accommodation. I basically lost my money

“Serene and hospitable”
+It was quite good, the place is quite serene. For further improvement the executive room requires a reading table. Install a power socket for shaving in the bathroom.

“Transferred to Villa Rosa, great value!”
+I booked at Waterfall Guesthouse but later that day I recieved a call relocating me to Villa Rosa in Midrand. Really clean place, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Villa Rosa is the one of the best guesthouses iv been too. Location is convenient, shopping center nearby.
