+I enjoyed staying in a welcoming environment and with great hosts. The view from the terrace was great and the other guests were friendly. I thought it was a great place and you have Divots var and grill not far away. Transport is the ferry to Hamilton or buses from middle road
−I think if you don't walk very far you're totally reliant on taxis. The ferry only operates until 08:30 a.m. the next one is at 16:00 p.m. It was fine for me but could be a concern if you're restricted in any way.

“If you want a quiet, clean and spacious room this is the place for you”
+We were pleasantly surprised to find this amazing boutique right on the waterfront. The owner's Carole and Joe greeted us as if we were old friends. The entire place is spotless.
−We LOVED everything about Watercolours

“I am definitely coming back!”
+Watercolours is a piece of heaven on an island that’s already perfect. It is private, sits right on the water (literally! I jumped to the water from the deck) and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. John and Carrol are the sweetest hosts and will make sure you’ve got everything you need!
−The only downside which you should consider is that it is pretty remote - walking anywhere, even to a bus station, is pretty tough. But! If you’re open to traveling by taxi, you’ll be perfectly fine.

“I little gem on the island”
+The property is beautiful, rooms are very nice, continental breakfast was perfect. The views are great, very quiet and peaceful. All possible amenities are available in the room (fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, TV with streaming channels, shampoo, towel warmer, outlets everywhere, etc.
−It's a bit remote and off the main roads, so taking local transportation requires a bit of a walk. There is a ferry right "next door", but it only runs like 4 times a day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon, and only to Hamilton. Taxis can be called via the Hitch App, but they are expensive.

“Exceptional hospitality, great location, and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend.”
+We had a lovely time at Watercolours! The hosts were friendly and kind, and they ensured that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. The waterfront location is beautiful and peaceful, and the room was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. It's also a short walk to the Belmont Ferry, which made it easy to explore Hamilton and other parts of the island.
