“Staff members should be taught to handle guests better (Mitchell) especially”
+It is a nice place t relax at I must say
−There is one thing that’s very important for a place to have good ratings stuff members who think they have to treat guests the way they want is definitely uncalled for (Mitchelle) needs to be educated on how to handle guests we had a horrible experience about her and it’s not good for a place just now because of one person the resort gets to be rated badly

“Could have been better”
+The place is quite beautiful with nice views. We enjoyed the game drive.
−The place does not have any activities apart from the game drive and spa facilitites. This was a huge let down. also on the last day of our stay, we experienced what came of as racism when Michelle, one of the workers there, started treating us and other black guests differently from the white guests that had come later on. She was rude and unruly, treating us like second class citizens.

“Highly recommended for nature lovers. A real getaway.”
+I loved the fact that I was the only visitor on the property (very cuffed with this), but the food was good and the location was incredible. If you are are looking for dead silence and nature - this is the place. I'm def going back.
−That i travelled on a cold month, but that's when my birthday falls - the place is honestly great. Make sure you drive an off-road car though, the last 17km plus are just dirt road with rocks so small cars could be damaged - but it's a nature reserve so I was not shocked by that.
