+Loved the room and balcony, the tv was a little small but we still enjoyed watching tv late at night.
−the valet driver did not know how to drive manual/stick and badly burned my fiances clutch. It smelled burned for a whole day after. He had just replaced the clutch and was very sad to learn it was damaged. That valet should not be working there.

+I liked the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the facility inside the building. I also appreciated that all of the elevators were working. The rooftop pool was good for my family, but only at 730 am. My 3 daughters and I were going to swim @ 5:30 pm, Saturday, but found very low coverage bikinis and people that I didn't want to expose my daughters to. It wasn't horrible but if you want to have some sort of shield or discrepancy for young children, go early in the morning.
−I didn't like that the A/C in Master bedroom didn't work and the temperature was 80 F in room so we had to open the window, which let all the city noise come through, we didn't sleep well but were comfortable in the bed provided.

“Great hotel centrally located”
+Great location…walking distance to 16th Street Mall and restaurants
−Not their fault but there is construction across the street which caused a lot of noise during the early hours

“Nice hotel friendly staff”
+Jason at the Restaurant and the barman at the pool were amazing - friendly and attentive.
−The beds were hard and it was a bit of walk to get to the main part of downtown
