“Great Place to Stay”
+It's a beautiful hotel right at the Magnificent Mile. The interior was quite modern and the rooms were very clean. From my room I a had a nice city view.

“Good for a short stay, but I would try to book ahead so pricing is fair and matches room.”
+Property is gorgeous. Good location.
−Windows were super dirty. Rooms were rather dark (had to put nearly every light on). Many splotches on the carpet in the room kind of took away from the beauty of the lobby and rest of the property. Asked ahead of time for a higher up room (for a good view) as it was a special occasion (wedding anniversary) - and we were placed on the 11th. I'm not sure whether more could have been done to accommodate. A couple of times I was in the elevator with people who were going up to the 20th or 21st.

“Bad”
−My experience at the Warwick Hotel was extremely disappointing. I stayed at the hotel for a few days to celebrate my engagement, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the very beginning. Upon arrival, the staff did not offer to help us with our luggage. The Wi-Fi never worked during our entire stay, which prevented me from making some urgent calls when I needed to. To make matters worse, I rented a bicycle and asked the concierge to keep an eye on it while I stepped into the lobby to ask a quick question. In less than two minutes, the bicycle was stolen from right outside the hotel entrance. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lack of basic service, unreliable amenities, and complete lack of security were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

−Our room was cleaned late in the day Friday which forced us to go back to our room later than planned.

+Our two-room suite was beautiful. The location was the best.
−The front desk staff could have been more personable. I think it felt that way because the lobby is on the second floor.

“Four star pricing ... but not a four star hotel”
+Good location on Michigan Ave
−Very slow bag drop / collect Coffee machine in room broken - not replaced despite numerous requests Lack of proper restaurant or breakfast No atmosphere in lobby bar and no other bar available Room poorly designed - bed by door and constant exposure to light and noise from landing / lift

+Good location in the city.
−Bed wasn't super comfortable, the room was close to the elevator and it was noisy.

“Top-Hotel in bester Lage”
