+The worst possible olace to stay in Rome. They confirm 2 different things with booking.com and the customer and ask extra cash while checkin in or deny checkin. Beware of this property. Please never book this property.

“Not a good hostel.”
−When I arrived I was told the locker I was assigned couldn’t lock but not to worry because no one steals. The next day I see one of the other guests walking around in a pair of my shoes. The bathroom never had any hand soap during my 3 night stay. I had to request the toilet paper be restocked. The host would wake up a room of guests every morning to see who has to check out. That’s what ruined the experience for me. If I want to be extra picky, the bed I slept on was the hardest I’ve ever experienced, the whole frame was loose so when one person in the bunk moved, the other would feel it.

+We liked our roommates and that was it. Thankfully we all had fun, mainly by comparing our room to the boys' one which was by far bigger and more comfortable. The area we lived at, while a bit sketchy, it was next to the center so going for sightseeing and drinks was no problem at all.
−The owner, Walter, didn't have any manners and neither had the employee. Perhaps it was because they both barely know English, but they were very neglectful of our complaints and the employee scolded us at times over things that were not our fault. The girls' room was NOT for 5 girls, we were on top of each other, not to mention we couldn't fit our suitcases anywhere without tripping. Our bathroom smelled so bad because of the poor conditions too. The boys' room on the other hand had more space and was much cleaner. The employee even commented how messy the girls are compared to the boys, as if the girls don't have to carry double the stuff the boys get for vacation. Also, there was no key on the girls' dorm, and the employee was coming in without notice at times to clean while half of the girls there were still sleeping.
